There’s nothing leftist about that, and really, you can’t have it both ways. So I don’t know what you mean.

I don’t think Barr was the head of the doj when that came out. That is from 2000

Well my factual errors notwithstanding, the part about “leftist agenda” and suffering consequences is not clear to me. If “leftist agenda” is a reference to workers rights then it doesn’t seem to me that the courts of this nation favor the proletariat at all. So I don’t understand what that means.
