Who gets to decide that a person has a “victim mentality?” If it’s not the person you’re labeling, then it’s not so much a choice they have made as it is a judgement you’ve made.

I’m neither a scientist nor a psychologist, so you’ll have to take ot up with that community. I’m just saying, there’s va distinction in the terms and concepts.
