Comment on Accidentally clicked 2FA in settings for Lemmy.World, but I was never given a 2FA code

Okay trying resetting got me into the account on Safari, and I clicked to remove it in Settings and saved. But, it seems to be staying there with the Remove 2FA check box clicked. Not sure if this is as intended or if the problem is fixed? 🤔 Image Just hoping for confirmation before I give up and this bites me in a week lol.

When you have clicked save you just reload the page

  I did, but it continued until I closed Safari and reopened it, which seemed to do the trick (Maybe Safari doesn’t get along?), but thank you so much!

    No problem. I have an Android so I don’t have much knowledge of how iphone works. But glad to hear you got it fixed. I Hope they make the 2FA better.
