    Both have been helpful, but the big one was macrodosing once years ago. We visited Amsterdam. Three of us were supposed to split the mushrooms. Once I’d taken mine, my then-wife and her sister decided to chicken out and get ready for bed. Dick move. Since mine weren’t yet kicking in, they encouraged me to take the rest. Dick move. Then they did, in fact, kick in. I cried for like 4 hours straight that night. They kicked my ass in exactly the way I needed and I felt like a new person the next day. It was the closest thing to a religious experience I’ve had.
