I don’t understand. Every Halloween there is a weekend before or after (well almost) where we in the US get another hour to drink at a bar. I did it for 15 years straight. And that was 15 years ago.

I don’t know how to lay it out any plainer than that.
It’s a holiday where people are going out to party in a club where they, when they think the night is over because the club is closing at 2am instead, get told they have an additional hour to party because the clocks got rolled back 1 hr for Daylight Savings.
Sometimes, I feel like I’m talking to aliens.
