  Wow she’s the .1% of the .1%. When it does fail the vast majority of pregnancies are non-viable ectopic. So your nephew really beat the odds

      True, still they are 99.8% to 99.9% effective depending on the kind. Insane odds, since it was so close to insertion there must have been some kind of mistake during insertion
