What did you use to make it stick to the chicken
Just a basic egg wash
You want to do a light dusting of flower first, then the egg wash, then your crunchy layer. Makes everything stick much better and results in a better crunch.
I mixed the flour with the doritos
Give it a try the other way next time. It’s a treat. Though any time you’re doing really any kind of breaded chicken is a good time 😋
