There’s… no details at all other than “it’s happening”?
Why even announce this with no details, Knowing it’s gonna piss people off? What were sag-aftra and Replica hoping for here?

well, this is a press release strictly speaking (and unions tend to delay releasing specific details of such deals anyways–although, if the allegations are correct i have no idea why they’d do this in this case).
