Facility in GoldenEye 64 is kinda this. There’s a similar level in Perfect Dark, too. Both are “normal” stages with a bunch of vents that provide alternative connections between areas. They’re fun… unless you’re playing the Perfect Dark one and someone else has the Farsight.
