    There is a nugget of truth to it but it’s more of a middle class thing where the blokes who show money aren’t necessarily the ones who have money.

  I wish people would stop spouting this nonsense. In my country, rich people are very flashy, whether they are “old money” or “new money.” Other countries may be different. Not every rich person is exactly the same (though being rich is unethical, so they are all the same in that regard).
