WhoIzDisIz@lemmy.today 4 hours agoThe point they were trying to make is the way the headline was written makes it sound unprovoked, as if the man was just an “innocent victim” instead of the truth that he effectively goaded the tiger into doing what comes naturally.

It’s better writing to assume humans will read their biases into things, and head that off by being as explicit as possible.
