Yeah I know. Itās gonna be hot for normal people but not for him. Iāve never used it in cooking but Iād like to surprise him with a half decent dipping sauce. I know the yogurt is gonna kill much of the heat. I wanna know if it would still taste alright.

Hrmm.
One idea could be to make the dipping sauce w/o the reaper paste so you can test it then add it at the end. They donāt really have much āflavourā⦠itās all PAIN.
My go to atm is yogurt, lemon, lotta garlic, spices (whatever is on hand really, usually pepper cumin, coriander etc.). Really simple. The chilli sauce Iām using is probably 1/5th a reaper though š

Thatās a good idea. Iāve made some yogurt concoction for my coleslaw similar to what youāve written so I might just put some aside and add paste to it.
