Its true for all countries. Politicians only care about themselves and their shareholder friends. They only use the ordinary people as a means to gain more power and control even in democratic countries.

It’s the EU Commission under Von Der Leyen. The European People’s Party got 13 seats out of 27 in the Commission. It’s the Christian Democratic /conservative /center right liberal party of the EU. No wonder they are for this law.
The EU Parliament has people in it that are actually fighting for us.
