Rhaedas@fedia.io 10 hours agoAgreed. Not because she's as fascinated by it, although that would be a plus. But she should be enjoying the time with you, seeing what makes you excited. If that doesn't attract her, move on.
Be sure to do the same for her interests also. You don't have to be captivated by her hobbies or knowledge of something, but you should like watching her explain it to you.

Plus, it just sounds interesting. Who wouldn’t be interested by that? I’m always baffled by people who don’t like to learn random shit.

Agree completely- I adore people who are excited about anything and tell me about it with enthusiasm!
That said - it needs to be mutual. Awesome for you to lecture me on your passions - but it’s not a fun relationship for me if you aren’t also eager to hear about the things I want to share.
