I mean, it sounds like you’re seen as the bad guy because you’re harassing people over stuff they don’t want to talk to you about. You can’t just shove your opinion at people when they don’t want it.

Typically, when someone tosses a “thought-terminating cliche” or “ultimate argument-ender” at you, it’s not because they think it’ll make them “win” the argument. It’s because they want to be done talking to you.

Sure, if you want to see it that way. But considering they’ve gotten tired of having to listen to you and they still haven’t changed their minds on the subject, I don’t know if you could call that a victory on your part.
I don’t know you from Adam so maybe this take is off, but based on your post and your responses here, you seem somewhat more concerned with being right than actually getting people to be receptive to your ideas. I’d suggest reflecting on that if you really want to make a difference.
