Comment on Three-quarters of UK’s popular plug-in hybrid cars unable to use rapid chargers

I’m really not familiar with the technology but can the cars and chargers not negotiate power delivery? This is a solved problem in the USB-C world and I can’t imagine that these chargers aren’t smart enough to do this.
