Compared to the amount of coffee a lot of people drink, these aren’t that bad. There’s no sugar at least.
A standard run of the mill large coffee has more caffeine than one of these, and people guzzle those down.
It isn’t just the caffeine, it is the ungodly amount of B vitamins and extra crap they throw in along with the caffeine that does a lot of the long term damage.
