ITGuyLevi@programming.dev 5 days agoCutting out the turkey’s spine and then flattening it out. It cooks a lot quicker and none of the skin is pointing down so it all gets crispy. Bonus points if you stick a half a lemon under the skin on each breast. If it looks too offensive for a guest, give it a bacon bikini.
