Reminds me of when my Nana died. People who I have never seen before in my entire life all came out of the woodwork to gawk and take pictures of her corpse. I was beyond pissed off and my biggest regret is not slapping those camera out of their hands because I didn’t want to cause a scene at a funeral. I wanted to say to them, “who the fuck are you and how dare you disrespect my grandmother like that!? I was there for her my entire life, where the fuck where you?”

My mom told me it was a catholic thing to take pictures of the dead, but I don’t give a shit about their shitty religion, especially if it encourages people to do selfish shit like this. If I could have done it all over again I would have definitely spoken up, but alas this was 14 years ago and I’ll never see those people again…whoever the fuck they were…
