  It’s an oral history whose earliest written accounts are dates between 60-150 years after the events in questions.

  No more “bullshit” than any number of other 2000 year old transcribed histories.

      Crater Lake is 7700 years old. The natives passed down an oral history of the eruption for all that time. Do you think it is entirely coincidence that their story matches modern geologic analysis?
