I go to youtube website and its just a blank page with a sidebar and a searchbar. My subscriptions are just bookmarked pages of people I follow, or I subscribe through Grayjay.

I do something similar, not as many extensions and very incomplete bookmarks. Most of the time I just go through a list in my head, so sometimes I remember a channel I haven’t checked in a while and then have enough videos to watch for a week.
