If they went straight to legal it means they legit don’t know how to stop it. That’s pretty damning for them.
First step would be to analyze the hack and the patch it so that the bypasses no longer work. I’m guessing the hack exposes a serious flaw.

God forbid they step back and rethink their product.
Denuvo is an Austrian company, not American.
They could be working on both, but it’s a seriously bad look anyway. Companies should switch off autopilot mode and stop using Denuvo.
