Comment on How do you verify that a used bike that you're buying isn't stolen?
AskewLord@piefed.social 1 week agothis is useless. nobody does this or keeps a database of them.
the only use it has is for warranty claims, or if you have it for you own bike you can use to verify you own it with the police, if they reclaim it. but that virtually never happens.
