  Yes it is. It’s also partially that when I am “moving” I get a wave of motivation/lack of fear and I want to take on hard things. The spectrum between ‘i got this’ and ‘i am chasing dopamine’ and ‘imma looking to BREAK something’ is so steep it’s not funny!

  But it worked! Dopamine wins the day 😁
