Comment on Just to get this straight. If I stand outside a voting center and give each person 500 bucks to vote for me. That is illegal? But if I am a Dipshit In Chief and offer 5k that is 100 percent legal?

  You’re saying there’s a reason he couldn’t just give the money now? That’s the difference. There’s now reason he wouldn’t get it passed through right now he’s just trying to buy votes.
