I would say it wouldn’t hurt but it’s like tossing a hot dog down a hallway; kids will just be more confused and retention will likely be zero; as in how many people are still able to even read cursive writing? Let’s see how this pans out, I guess?

I thought it was referring to the old style ones? I mean I’m not against people learning those, just heh good luck remembering them if you don’t use them everyday. Kinda how I had I can only understand the french in clair obscur expedition 33 but oh boy don’t ask me to write anything in french now lol

The “old style” was Indian Numerals. We have always used and been taught the original style of Arabic Numerals in the modern world.

I see, thanks for clearing that up. Media really works hard to confuse you now. I thought there was no difference and then the Indian numerals came up and I honestly didn’t know what was the actual was going on at that point.
