The only “alleged” part is that the CIA didn’t DIRECTLY fund bin Laden… Only through Pakistan’s ISI (CIA equivalent)…

Like I get the indirect creating your enemies through causing suffering and destruction in other nations. Like that’s valid for ISIS for example. But Al Qaida literally wouldn’t have existed without American money.
