Try a nice German mustard or a Dijon. Or mix a bit of good horseradish in with it. There is a lot more to mustard than plain yellow mustard, (which is great on hotdogs with relish).
Oh I know different mustards! I’ve even visited the National Mustard Museum in Middleton Wisconsin! I’ll put mustard on just about anything but it still sounds gross on fries…

Mustard on French fries??? I love mustard but that’s probably the last thing I’d put on fries… I’d rather just eat them with nothing 🤢🤢🤢🤮
