Hell…sitting just on the ground I’d even understand. It sounds spontaneous enough. But bringing out a fucking chair is just deliberate and fucking bizarre behavior.

Just why? They brought a chair for fucks sake. Out into the street. They passed the wide open sidewalk while carrying their chair. It makes no sense.

It does if you consider they are clearly doing it on purpose: the message is that they own the place and will sit wherever they want.
