That's wild. So basically a user asking for compensation is treated as the same threat level as that user walking into their offices armed.
That "considered reasonable according to social norms" is REALLY open ended, too. That sounds a lot like social norm they've been trying to push for "you won't own anything and you'll like it".

I mean, its clearly saying it only qualifies if it's persistent, repeated and prolonged. They're clearly talking about people harassing employees. Which isn't cool. Im not gonna be buying a PS6 because of their decision to be digital only. But, harassing their employees over it is not the way to deal with this.

I hate the “digital” framing. Blu-Rays are digital media, there hasn’t been a medium carrying analog information that I know of since the laserdisc (yes, even audio CDs are digital)
What Sony wants is download-only titles, probably with some dumb online license check, but the latter could be had with physical discs as well, though it’d probably be an even worse look.
