dual_sport_dork@lemmy.world 1 week agoYour blower motor probably does work, but the resistor assembly hooked up to the knob that controls its speed is most likely blown. This was the case with my truck when I got it and is rather common. Thirty four bucks will solve that problem for you, and it just plugs right in.

The entire right side of the dashboard is missing, all the way down to the firewall, no thanks to the previous but now deceased meth tweaker owner.
There’s no fixing everything on this truck, short of dumping enough money into buying 4 more scrap trucks for spare parts…
