Comment on Are there any good CD/DVD external drives out there to connect to a laptop? So I can put all my old cd's and dvd's to my laptop then my external hd? And hopefully a decent priced one?

AFAIK most of the cheap ones Just Work™. At least on Linux, would be unusual if that wasn’t true on other operating systems.
