diablicja@lemmy.zip 1 day agoYeah, I’m saying they made it code because the doorless showers are the standard, not that putting door there would somehow invalidate the code.
I come from another European country and the law only requires waterproofing the floor + wet areas (shower, around the bath etc.)

And I’m saying the code is there independently of doorless showers. The code was like that way before doorless showers were a thing.
In fact, if your shower has a door and the only drain is inside the shower, you are required to leave a gap under the door to allow water to flow into the shower.
