Hm, good health, probably. Maybe not perfect health, though. In the long run, it’s not a matter of luck, but of certainty. If that health doesn’t have an expiration date, though, it’s basically immortality…
And portals? I don’t know quite how ‘ultimate’ this luck is, but you’d have to be extremely lucky for portals to just randomly appear when you want them.
I think ultimate luck could manifest in a lot of interesting ways.
Think about the various scenarios in which you would want a portal. With ultimate luck the universe basically default to presenting itself to you on a platter.
