  I’m not sure why you felt the need to comment now that you mention it, but moreso I just take issue with calling it a “fetish,” just because a character is imagined with a different identity.

    I used the word fetish because it’s inaccurate use of the word. Like many words fetish has multiple meanings. In this instance trans Spiderman thing is a fixation on both the character and it’s gender.

      That’s still not a fetish in any sense of the word. It’s literally just (SFW) fanart and comics imagining funny or relatable scenes. A lot of it is just imagining J Jonah Jameson reacting to it.

      Calling it a fetish says way more about you than anything else.

        You don’t seem to understand that fetish and sexual fetish are different things. One definition of a fetish is a fixation. I tried to explain that and instead of reading or looking up the definition of the word for yourself you revert back to the tribalism and down voting.
