Catoblepas@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 weeks agoI find that having a cat that religiously wakes you up somewhere between 6 and 7 every morning to be an incredibly effective bedtime retrainer. There’s only so many months you can be sleep deprived before going insane or collapsing.

That’s my cat now.
But my prior cat would sleep on my chest, forcing me to be even more late.
