Yearly compliance = do I remember my legal obligations in handling this info correctly so we donāt have huge privacy breaches? Which memory hole do I shove it down when Iām done?

I think the appropriate memory hole would be the circular filing cabinet. Seriously, if your current policy/procedures are solid, this is just a reminder not to be stupid or careless. An exercise in ticking boxes to be sure, but when it matters it REALLY matters.
