Gunning down unarmed civilians in the street for the crime of filming with a phone is completely fine, but non-destructive tampering with the police state surveilance systems is where they draw the line

To be fair, spray foam would be destructive to the lens or lexan/glass cover over the lens. Spray foam is insanely messy. You really don’t want it getting anywhere it shouldn’t be. In this case, I can’t think of a more appropriate target for the foam.
