I was chitchatting in a jury waiting room yesterday, on the day of the guilty plea, and there’s a fun little “what side are they on” when talking to strangers- especially boomer strangers in California- that happens when Luigi is brought up.

I detected a “Luigi deserves jail time” from her but I could tell she was playing the same game with me so I just nodded along and changed topics. Lol

Though, if I made it to voir dire, I was so ready to preach the gospel of Luigi and go full ACAB to get let go. Can you believe they only pay 15 bucks a day for jury duty if your employer doesn’t cover? Man fuck that, lol.
