ButtDrugs@lemmy.zip 10 hours agoI’ve never even been near there (great lakes stan here) but even I know Mt Washington in NH is one of the deadliest places in the country. Besides, people trying to flex on other people based on where they live is small pp shit. You didn’t build the mountains and have no right to try and get superiority over others because you live nearby.

Love the great lakes! I wouldn’t live anywhere else because of that, but would never think myself better or worse than someone for that choice either. Its right for me you know. Plus ive had as much or more fun in some of the “nowhere” places as I have in the places everyone wants to be. People should live where its best for them and be proud of it, but not try to use it to one up others in different places in life.
