Heh, I’ve been abusing em dashes for years – even before LLMs.

But yeah you’re right. The “luddites” (not meant in the derogatory way) exist among many demographics. I’ve actually noticed an interesting dichotomy with many very skilled engineers who I greatly respect: Some have embraced AI and leveraged it to build some VERY cool things, while others still think AI is incapable of anything because they haven’t figured out how to get decent results with it yet.

One of them even handed a somewhat complex task to Claude Haiku (the model that generates the title of the conversation based on the first prompt), then determined that AI is just trash 🤦🏻‍♂️. Claude Sonnet was able to get it done though.
