While I would argue that that’s untrue - societies have had huge shifts over for atleast 4000 years - we’re not neccesarily talking about big societal changes here.
The people in Fallout 4 STILL live in completely wrecked houses. Holes in the ceiling, shattered windows, debris on the floor. Are you telling me no one has cleaned up here in over 200 years?
