Politicians are should not have security, if they are going to have security near them it should only be for the safety of the local environment and those taking actions against non political officials. My biggest problem with Jan 6th is that they were a bunch of filthy fascists and not that they wanted to lunch Congress, frankly speaking it’d be funny and politicians are easily replaceable even the ones I vaguely like.

Human life is cheap and in the case of politicians all but forfeited apon their oaths.
