Comment on Is ICE still doing the so-called "immigrant" hardass stance and in the states we don't hear about because "bigger" stories? Kind of like the Nazi's did against Germans about the Jews?

As far as I can tell there is actually a big surge right now. They just stopped making idiotic trolly social media posts.

In my area this is by far the highest level of ICE activity we’ve seen so far.

There has been a noticeable amount of ICE all over here as well. The problem is that almost all of our Latino population is from Puerto Rico. So they have been harassing people on the street, kicking in doors, and beating people up, but making few arrests, and almost no sustained charges. This is a problem for them because their good standing clause to not pay back their bonuses is based on getting people actually deported. So the ICE agents here are crying about how they might end up bankrupt because they spent those bonuses, and can’t afford to pay them back.
