Every model will be equipped with a large, high-resolution touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, BlueCruise, bidirectional charging capabilities, and a digital key.
The Fathom will be the first vehicle to have Apple Maps built in, providing turn-by-turn directions using real-time data, EV routing, battery preconditioning, and more, all directly through the navigation display.
Ford will use the road-level data from Apple Maps to advance its BlueCruise hands-free highway driving tech for “a more seamless on-ramp to off-ramp experience.”
Oh no. Nevermind. Either they’re cutting corners on what actually matters or their selling your data. Probably both.

I just bought an ev. The touch screen is being tracked like a web page. They know how often you use the normal basic features.
I wish they were upfront about the data selling. Factor that into the price.
commercial opens “This is our data collection Car. We made it $10k to buy, but $120 a year to use the accelerator and so many more subscriptions we have to give the car away. We make the cars for $4000 anyway. Why do we have so many extra part laying around. Looks back at camera so if you want an affordable car, buy ours, we make money off of you while you drive. Or don’t. That’s still a data point that someone wants to buy.”
