Nursing homes in my area are like $3500 a month and they’ll have one or two people working the 12 hour shift from 7pm to 7 am making jack shit who don’t know a damn thing and then call the fire department for free labour if an elderly person has fallen to the ground and needs help getting up. The nursing home doesn’t want the financial risk of their employees getting hurt, or hurting a patient getting them off the ground. That might cost them a tiny sliver of the profits they take in.
