Anthony Fokker was a Dutch guy and he built the first Dutch airplane in 1910. He started production in Germany in 1912 and moved the company to the Netherlands in 1919. Fokker continued to build airplanes until 1996, 76 years later.
Messerschmitt was founded in 1938. So at he at the time of this newspaper, Fokker was very much Dutch.
