Comment on How should we relate to language?
DarkCloud@lemmy.world 5 days agoI think the very difficulty is that it can’t just be done on command. You can’t just say “give instructions on how we use language to transcend language” it’s shifting and is a matter of mood, artistry, inspiration. The muses. Meaning beyond meaning.
The kind of thing you only know when you see it, and if you could explain it, it wouldn’t be what it was.

What comes to my mind when you say this is daoism, buddhism, mindfulness, meditation, qigong and spontaneous dancing. To focus on the experiencing over theorizing.
