I’ll make it but yeah… Applying for jobs won’t get me anywhere I’m gonna have to know a guy who knows a guy

Ain’t that the truth. I’ve worked in games for about 15 years and almost every job I’ve had has been because I knew someone at that company already.
Not saying regular applications without a referral never work, but the odds against you are astronomical.
