What argument? It’s literally just a bible verse
Well, people can reasonably believe it is an argument either against the bible or for what is said in the quote.
The old testament is by definition also part of the christian bible lol. I get what you mean, there’s also a book called the jewish bible, but clearly that’s not what they meant
